I have a two-room apartment with a kitchen, 53 sqm, that I would like to rent out immediately. Bright and fresh apartment. Not fully furnished but there are a few pieces of furniture that can be removed if desired. There is a dishwasher and a shared laundry room in the basement. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, without an elevator. It is located on Lönngatan, close to Nobel, Möllan and Södervärn. 2 minutes to bus connections.
