Due to an overseas stay, we are renting out our cozy apartment at Thomsonsväg 16 in Malmö. The rental period is from the beginning of March 2026 until the end of June 2026; move-in and move-out dates are flexible. The apartment consists of one bedroom, a living room and a kitchen, 70 m2, plus an enclosed balcony of 10 m2. 8,500 SEK per month including broadband and home insurance.
