2 room apartment in Malmo

Hi! (subletting of a tenant-owner apartment) My subtenant has gotten a job in Stockholm and has therefore terminated the lease; the notice period was one month for the tenant and three months for me as the landlord. Therefore I am now looking for a new subtenant.
