Description This is a high-quality apartment located less than 50 meters from Malmö Central Station. You will be staying in a penthouse on the 17th floor. A balcony that can be enclosed as a glass room with very elegant sliding glass doors. The building was constructed in 2019. There are two elevators in the building and fantastic facilities (such as a shared rooftop terrace for events). The rental period is a maximum of 6 months. The apartment is nicely furnished (but the furniture is not the same as in the pictures).
