2 room apartment in Lund

I am renting out my condominium, a central one-bedroom apartment in Väster in Lund, a five to eight minute walk to the city center. Access to public transport and very close to Lund's central station. A very nice and bright corner apartment fully furnished and with all amenities. Since this is my private home, where I will leave all my belongings, I am looking for a very responsible and calm person who, during the rental period, will take good care of the apartment. No parties are allowed. The rental can be between 5 to 6 months.
