2 room apartment in Lund

I am looking for a lodger for a studio apartment, which means that the living room will be entirely your room. Since the balcony is connected to the living room, only you will have access to it. The apartment is located in a quiet area with good transportation links. I will be in the apartment 1-3 days per week. Service fee for tenant: 238
