It is 81 sqm, located on the second floor, has a balcony, and will be rented out furnished. It is located on Spolegatan, just a few minutes' walk from both the hospital and the central station. The rent is 9500 SEK and includes broadband. Electricity is added based on your own consumption. We would prefer that you take out your own home insurance for the period you live here.
