My partner and I are now renting out our centrally located one-bedroom apartment for the summer as we will be working elsewhere. It is 81 sqm, on the second floor, has a balcony, and will be rented furnished. It is located on Spolegatan, just a few minutes' walk from both the hospital and the central station. The rent of 9,500 SEK includes broadband. Electricity is charged separately based on your own consumption. We would like you to take out your own home insurance for the period you live here. One month's rent will be taken as a deposit....
