2 room apartment in Lund

Hi, my current tenant will move out at the end of January. I am therefore looking for a new tenant. It is a charming, centrally located apartment with large airy rooms, high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Broadband and heating/water are included in the rent. Bus connections and parking are available nearby. The apartment is rented out partially furnished, as the sofa, coffee table and dining set will remain. Service fee for tenant: 594
