2 room apartment in Lund

I'm renting out two rooms in my flat. One has its own entrance. The other room is bigger but shares the entrance with the landlord. Both rooms are in an old, large, centrally located apartment just by the cathedral and the student nations/university. The apartment is shared with a male landlord (British journalist, 80 years old). There is also a cute cat in the flat; her name is Isa. She is a ginger, fluffy, sweet cat. All costs are included in the price. Service fee for tenant: 272
