2 room apartment in Lund

I'm renting out two rooms in my flat. One comes with its own entrance. The other room is bigger but shares the entrance with the landlord. Both rooms are in an old, large central apartment right by the cathedral and the student nations/university. The apartment is shared with a male landlord (British journalist, 80 years old). There is also a cute cat in the flat; her name is Isa. She is a ginger, fluffy, sweet thing. All costs included in the price. Service fee for tenant: 272
