Rental of a 2-room apartment in Lund I am now subletting my rental apartment in Nöbbelöv in Lund. Available for sublet until July/August, possibly longer. The apartment is 66 m² with a patio, fully furnished and equipped (no washing machine or dishwasher in the apartment). Rent is 8,122 SEK/month (electricity and water costs are extra). 1.5–2 months processing time with the landlord for approval of the subletting. Wanted: A woman or a couple as tenants.
