2 room apartment in Lund

I'm renting out two rooms in my flat. One has its own entrance. The other room is larger but shares the entrance with the landlord. Both rooms are in an old, large, centrally located apartment right by the cathedral and the student nations/university. The apartment is shared with a male landlord (British journalist, 80 years old). There also lives a cute cat in the flat; her name is Isa. She is a ginger, fluffy, sweet thing. All costs are included in the price. Service fee for tenant: 272
