2 room apartment in Kungsbacka

We are renting out our apartment, which is located on the basement level of our house. The apartment is bright and lovely, with many windows. It is best suited for one person. We are looking for a non-smoker, and no pets are allowed. It is a two-room apartment measuring 55 m². We are renting it out furnished for eight months, starting October 1, with the possibility of an extension after the summer, as we use the apartment for other purposes then.
