2 room apartment in Kungsbacka

I am considering subletting my apartment due to family circumstances and wanted to see if anyone might be interested. The apartment is located in Kungsbacka, and Eksta is the landlord. It is a very cozy little one-bedroom apartment of 48 square meters, situated on the ground floor with its own small garden. The rent is approximately SEK 7,300 per month, including electricity and water. Two parking spaces are included in the rent. If I find the right tenant, I will rent it out for one year in accordance with Eksta’s agreement. Camilla
