2 room apartment in Kista

Hi, I'm looking for two lodgers to rent two rooms (11 and 8 m2) in a larger apartment (5000 SEK/room) — one available from December 1 and the other from December 10. However, during the period January 12–March 1, 2026, the building will undergo a pipe replacement (stambyte), which means the toilets in the apartment cannot be used and the kitchen will be partially unusable; there will be toilets outside the building.
