Hi! I’m checking whether there’s any interest in renting an unfurnished 2.5-room apartment of 60 sq m in Norrstrand during September, alternatively taking over the lease with a small caveat. The landlord is going to renovate the bathroom in October, but most likely from November onward it will be possible to get a first-hand lease. The rent is SEK 6,300/month, but given the circumstances, I think half of that should be enough for September.
