We are now looking for a new tenant for one of our apartments in Strand, Karlstad. The apartment is 27 sqm and is on the first floor. It contains a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Move-in from 1st February. We would prefer that you are pet- and smoke-free, but this is not a requirement; however you must have no registered payment defaults.
