2 room apartment in Kalmar

Due to a temporary move to another city, I am now renting out my lovely one-bedroom apartment with a large balcony, located in a quiet area with a sea view. Within a stone's throw of the apartment there is a grocery store, restaurants, and a gym. A bus stop is only a couple of hundred meters from the apartment, and Kalmar Central Station is a 10-minute walk away.
