2 room apartment in Kållered

I am subletting my apartment from 2 February to 31 March 2026. It is a fresh, new 49-square-meter apartment with a south-facing balcony. The apartment is rented unfurnished. A dishwasher as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the apartment. The rent is 9311 SEK per month plus hot water. Electricity and internet must be arranged by the tenant. A contract will be signed and the tenant must be approved by Victoriahem. Service fee for the tenant: 460 SEK.
