I am renting out my apartment while it is for sale. Duration and notice by agreement. The bedroom is furnished and the kitchen includes cooking utensils. The living room is empty at the moment. The tenant must provide any furniture needed. Very quiet building and within walking distance to the hospital and the city center. Electricity, Wi‑Fi, water and parking are included in the rent.
