This is an apartment in the sheltered housing. The sheltered housing comprises a total of 60 apartments with one or two rooms and a kitchen. All are located close to the communal facilities, Brasseriet and Biblioteket. The layouts are well planned, with, for example, space to park mobility aids. HSB’s aim is for a resident manager to be on site in the building as an additional source of security and to plan communal activities for the residents.
