2 room apartment in Jönköping

A nice, fresh small 2-room apartment (43 square meters) will be available from Lundbergs Fastigheter in February/March/April next year. It is on the third floor (no elevator) and has a partial view of Vättern. Quiet area in Öster; Dal Baffo is in the same building. No balcony! I gave notice on it yesterday and there is actually a three-month notice period. But! It will be free already on 2/3 (March 2nd) or in mid-February if I possibly move out.
