Hi, renting out a two-room (one-bedroom) apartment in Hyllinge, looking for a responsible person/couple with a stable income. The price includes: *washer/dryer *internet *heating *electricity (normal usage) No smoking indoors! The apartment is about a 5-minute walk from Maxi and about a 10-minute drive to Väla, Helsingborg. A deposit of one month's rent is required and will be refunded if the apartment is returned in the same condition as it was received.
