Skördevägen 2, 4 and 6 and Bindarvägen 1, 3 and 5 are small apartment buildings with six apartments each. The area is leafy and attractive and the apartments are of a high standard. All apartments have a balcony and all buildings have an elevator. About 10 km from Piteå lies Hortlax, a small community of about 2,000 inhabitants. There are schools, a preschool, shops, a health centre, a swimming and sports hall, a church, etc. Hortlax is a nice alternative if you want good services but still live in a smaller community not far from Piteå.
