What do points at Öckerö Fastigheter mean? Before Öckerö Fastigheter joined Boplats, it had its own waiting list. Applicants who were on that list were allowed to bring their points/waiting days to Boplats. These points take precedence over Boplats points/waiting days. When you sign a contract with Öckerö Fastigheter, all points with both Öckerö Fastigheter and Boplats are removed. New days are then only accrued at Boplats. The apartment is mirrored.
