HFAB has carried out an inspection of the apartment. We will address the following: Room 1: Ceiling will be scraped and repainted. Any work shall be carried out professionally by the departing tenant or by HFAB. If the departing tenant performs the work, the quality of the work will be checked at the cleaning inspection.
