2 room apartment in Hägersten

Hi. I have a one-bedroom (2-room) apartment with a balcony up on Hägerstensåsen, 8 minutes from the subway, that I want to rent out for one year. It has a large bedroom, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a living room, as well as a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. I will leave behind a sofa, TV stand and TV, living room table, and a bed without a mattress, possibly other items if desired. The apartment has good storage. I am moving in with my girlfriend in Mälarhöjden on a one-year lease. After that we’ll see what happens. Best regard...
