2 room apartment in Hägersten

I am renting out a room in my apartment from December to April to one person as a lodger. If everything goes well it may possibly be extended to May. I will be there part of the time, but sometimes you will have the apartment to yourself because I am often abroad in the winter due to work. The apartment is located in Axelsberg, a 7-minute walk from the subway station. The entire apartment is 80 sqm and has a balcony with a very nice view of Lake Mälaren.
