2 room apartment in Gråbo

Hello! We have a complementary residence on our property where one half is an apartment that is now going to be rented out for the second time. We built the apartment in 2023 and have had the same tenant until now due to changed work conditions for the resident. The apartment has 2 rooms and a kitchen and is about 45 sqm. The apartment has an equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. In the bathroom, there is a combined washer/dryer.
