I will be working abroad, so the apartment is being rented out until 1 June 2027, with the possibility of extending the rental until 31 December 2027. The apartment is located very close to the city centre, just a few minutes from both trams and a bus stop. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment offers a lovely view of Gothenburg. Of this amount, the tenant service fee is SEK 821/month (included in the rent stated above).
