Hi! I have a cozy 57 sqm apartment 3 minutes from Korsvägen in Gothenburg that I want to sublet to someone who wants to rent out their apartment in Stockholm. The apartment has 2.5 rooms and is on the top floor of the building, on the 6th floor. The landlord needs to approve for a rental contract to be drawn up.
