2 room apartment in Gothenburg

The apartment is for sale, which means viewings may occur, of course by appointment. The previous tenant was okay with Tuesdays at 6 PM every other week. My requirement is that the apartment is in presentable condition then. Communication is with the real estate agent who has a set of keys. Contact details will be provided at first contact if desired.
