The apartment is rented as senior housing (Trygghetsboende). To be eligible to live in a safety-adapted apartment, at least one person in the household must have turned 70 and must not have children living at home. The apartments are equipped to suit older age and can, for example, have a stove guard and grab bars in the bathroom. There is a common room for various activities.
