Rent my apartment! I'm moving out during the days between Christmas and New Year. I'm going to test probability in Skåne. The apartment is rented out for 1 year with the possibility of 1 more year. It's a 2-room apartment of 65 square meters in western Frölunda: 12,000 SEK + electricity approx. 300 SEK. The rent includes heating and water, internet and TV (basic) and 2 parking spaces.
