HSB members with housing savings have priority. Our housing savers aged 18 to 29 have priority for our one- and two-room apartments. You may decline at most five offers during a six-month period. If you decline five times you will be barred from applying for more apartments for the following six months. If you are offered an apartment and do not respond, this is treated as a "no."
