At Säfsgården on Skyttevägen 5, we have seven senior apartments sized 1 to 3 rooms with kitchen or kitchenette. All apartments have spacious bathrooms and are located on the ground floor. There is a nice common room available for the residents. Negotiations about the rent level for 2026 are ongoing with the tenants' association, and the rent may change from January next year.
