2-room apartment, unfurnished. Nice and quiet area, conveniently on the ground floor, close to buses to Östersund as well as grocery stores and the health center. We'll start with a six-month contract; it can be extended afterward. No pets or children, no smoking or drugs. We require one month's rent as a deposit and electricity is not included in the rent; it usually runs around 400 SEK.
