2 room apartment in Borås

I am renting out the apartment because I live and work in Stockholm full-time and therefore do not use it. The apartment will be available at the turn of the year, and I want someone to be able to live here and take care of it. I am looking for a responsible and stable tenant who wants to rent it during 2026. Water, electricity, and sewage are included.
