I am moving out of the apartment and am helping the property owner find a new tenant. The apartment is 70 sqm and is located on the top floor of the building with a balcony. It is available for rent from 1 February 2026. The current rent is SEK 8,044/month including heating and will follow the public housing authority’s upcoming negotiations ahead of 2026. Applicants must have their finances in order and no adverse credit records. Service fee for the tenant: SEK 398.
