Rent out my two-room apartment from August 1st and onwards, one year at a time. The apartment is 45 sqm, built in 2020 so it is very fresh. Bus stop right outside, the pizzeria is one floor down, and on the other side of the parking lot there is a small grocery store. Walking distance to the beach, and also to the train if you want. There is a shared laundry room that you can easily book time in, a large bike room, and a smaller stroller room. There is also a shared grill that you are allowed to borrow and use.
