I rent out 2 room in a 5 rooms appartment. The tenants share one toilett. You have access to kitchen and bathroom. This is NOT an shared flat, it's just a room. You have to have work or studies during daytime, it's not possible to work or studie from home. There are a lot of noice during daytime, a daycare for children and transportations to a shop just outside the appartment.
