I am looking for someone, possibly 2 people, to share a 150 sqm villa in Näsum, Skåne (13 km north of Bromölla, 20 km to Sölvesborg, 13 km to Olofström). You will get the entire upper floor. I do not have photos right now, move-in earliest 1/6! 7500 SEK including everything (garbage collection, water consumption, sewage emptying, heating, and household electricity).
