12 m² room in Stockholm

I have a room to rent in a two-room apartment. The apartment is large, 70 square meters, and everything is renovated, almost like brand new, including a new refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, and so on. The rent plus internet and electricity is 5 000 kr, the balcony is available, and it takes about one minute from the apartment to the train station and 20 minutes to the city center. I live alone. The apartment is located in Vårberg.
