I’m looking for a tenant who wants to rent a room + have access to the living room, kitchen, etc. Private room, shared bathroom with one other person, and access to the living room. The apartment is a total of 110 square meters. The room is simply furnished. It’s centrally located—1 minute from Vasaparken, 2 minutes to Odenplan. The rent is 8000, and a deposit is required.
