12 m² room in Malmo

Hi! We're looking for a new flatmate from 1. September on. This is a collective for 5 people in Södra Sofielund. Rent is 5500 SEK including all utilities. We have a large kitchen, two bathrooms, a common area and a balcony. We have the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house with our own entrance. The available room is furnished, and it is on the upper floor hence the tilted ceiling.
