12 m² room in Lund

Furnished room for rent in Husie, Malmö. Good bus connections straight into the city, with frequent service. SEK 4,900, all inclusive. A lovely, very pleasant area. Private toilet, though shared with the cat—she does most of her business outdoors. I’d prefer a female lodger, as I’m a woman myself (an older one, but not a granny). Available from November 1; moving in earlier may be possible.
