Hej everyone! I am renting out my room in a lovely 3 bedroom shared apartment from October (date is not set yet but mos probably between 5th and 12th) until 01.06.2027 (with possibility to extend). The house is located in a lovely street in Nöden. Walking distance to Lund C is around 15 minutes. Rent is 4140 SEK/month. The apartment will be rented furnished.
