12 m² room in Lund

Hello! We have 2 rooms that are empty and we are thinking of renting out at least one of them this fall. We live on a farm with horses, dogs, and cats. The bus stops outside the house and takes 30 minutes to Lund. The rent is 4000 SEK and that includes everything except food.
