12 m² room in Lund

Hi everyone Unfortunately things are not working out with my lodger, so I'm renting out a room to someone who is serious and can pay. The rent is 5,500 kr, i.e. half the rent. I pay the other half. Electricity and internet are extra (split in half). One month's deposit. I tried to be kind and waive it but I can't anymore. So the requirement is 5,500 kr rent plus 5,500 kr deposit.
